There are some wonderful opportunities to fish in some of the lakes in Windsor Great Park during fishing season (16 June 2009 to 14 March 2010). Amongst the numerous types of fish hosted by the lakes during this period are impressive examples of pike, carp, tench and bream. Night fishing is strictly prohibited A fishing permit is required to fish in the Great Park. The price of the 2009 / 2010 season fishing permit is £67 per person.
